Mission
It is Veal Fine’s mission to supply European consumers with sustainably produced veal from our own farmers. Passionate, experienced partners at all stages of the supply chain strive for perfection when it comes to animal well-being and quality.

Vision
Offering consistent quality, flexibility, and reliability, Veal Fine aims at being the determining player in Europe’s rosé veal sector.



History

in 1985, Hans Roerink began processing veal on his family’s farm. The company quickly became a renowned veal specialist in the Netherlands.
 
In the late 1990s, the veal produced by Veal Fine was launched step by step in Belgium and Germany. Later, the sale of veal was expanded to all of Europe. To further develop the veal processing, most advanced premises were bought in Enschede in 2008.

In order to facilitate the corporation’s alignment, the cooperation with supplier Veal Fine Livestock bv has been intensified since 2013. Since then, both companies have been sharing the same corporate name.



 

Corporate structure

Veal Fine has established rosé veal. The enterprise consists of a special corporation of family-owned companies.

Veal Fine Livestock b.v.
Veal Fine Livestock bv, founded in 1984, supplies the calves. This enterprise comprises nearly 100 specialised veal-raising farms. Most of these veal-raising farms have been awarded the 1-star Better Life quality seal by animal welfare organisations.

Veal Fine Sales b.v.
This company is responsible for selling veal products under the Veal Fine brand in all of Europe.
